Shipping Informations:
When we receive your payment, Your orders will be dealt within 24 hours.Normally, it will take 2-3 working days to handle your cosplay costume after we got your payment. It will then take about 5-7 working days for the package travel from our warehouse to your mailing address. So, you can get your costume in 7-10 working days.

We will ship it by DHL, Fedex,Airmail. And we will add the tracking number thru our order system after we got it, and then our order system will send an email to you. We shipping worldwide for all the Costume on our site. For some accessories and special offers, customer should bear the shipping cost.

It will take 5-7 working days to delivery,once choose Fast shipping,you need to tell me specific date you want to get it.

Returns Policy
1: We only accept refunds for accessories, wigs, and standard size costume (not include the cross-dressing costume).

2：We don't accept the return or change for the cross-dressing costume since the cross-dressing costume is the custom costume.

3: Returns or changes must be made within 7 days of receiving orders.

4: We will offer 100% refund only for parts in the products which are defective, or sent by mistake.

5: If you want to return or change the items by yourself mistake or subjective case, the round-trip postage is born by the buyer.

6: We don’t accept refunds for customize costume, our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel the order. Please make a careful decision.
